Just fill out the contact details that you need and copy and paste them into the textarea on the right as you need them. Take a look at the example cover letter in the 'Example' Tab. I have made this builder so that when you click into a text box it selects the text within that text box. Then just use (Control + C) to copy your selection and (Control + v) to paste your selection into the text box on the right. Just look at the picture below.
When you have all the details complete just select the text and copy and paste it into the textarea in the 'Cover Letter' tab.

Once you have finished the 'Contact Details' tab move along to the next one. Keep moving along the tabs to the right until your cover letter is complete. The 'Gaps' tab and 'Availability' tab are optional.
When you open a Tab press the text input buttons and different text/paragraps will be displayed in the textarea. In the example below the 'Subject 01' button has been clicked and the corresponding text has appeared in the textarea. Now just edit the text in the [] square brackets, and any other text you wish to edit. Once edited just select the text and copy and paste it into the cover letter in the'Cover Letter' tab textarea.
Click on the 'Clear' Button underneath each textarea to clear it.
